Road Closures
Road closures will continue to be updated as construction progresses. Please note that timelines are general and may vary due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Stay informed for the latest updates to plan your travels accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Phase 01A will begin June 23, 2025. This will close the eastbound lanes of Anderson Avenue from Connecticut Avenue to just past College Heights Road. This will continue the road closures at Rebecca Road, Woodland Street, Sycamore Lane, College Heights Road, and Timberlane Drive.

The two westbound lanes will be open for one lane through traffic.
Phase 0.2 will begin the week of September 22, 2025. This will close the outside two lanes of Anderson Avenue from Timberlane Drive to just past Elling Drive. This phase will include continued access to Willard Place and Wildwood Lane. Alternate access through Timberlane Drive will be utilized at Bellhaven Road during a portion of this work.

Phase 02A will follow Phase 0.2 (approximately the week of October 6, 2025). This will close the two eastbound lanes of Anderson Avenue from Timberlane Drive to just past Elling Drive. This phase will include continued access to Willard Place and Wildwood Lane. Alternate access will need to be utilized at Midland Avenue, Oakdale Drive, and Elling Drive.​​

The two westbound lanes will be open for one lane through traffic.
